Terms of service

Agent Secret Lease is operated by ActivLife Hub LLC. By using it you agree to these terms.

• Store only credentials you are authorised to use, and only call services whose terms allow access through an intermediary.
• You are responsible for the policies you create and for what your agents do within them. Keep policies as narrow as possible.
• Paid leases are charged in USDC through x402 when created. Rejected requests are not charged. Payments on a public blockchain cannot be reversed by us.
• Do not use the service to reach systems you are not allowed to reach, to send spam, or to evade another service’s limits.
• The service is provided as is, without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the previous 30 days.
• We may suspend accounts or agents that abuse the service. We may change these terms; continued use means acceptance.
